In April 2012, Okidata introduced the MB471 and MB491 MFPs, with OEM-rated print speeds of 35 and 42 pages per minute (ppm), respectively, and duty cycles of 60,000 and 80,000 pages per month, respectively. The MB461 MFP followed in June 2012, having the same 35 ppm and 60,000 page duty cycle as the MB471.
The single function printer versions were launched in July 2012; the B411 with an OEM-rated print speed of 33 ppm and a duty cycle of 60,000 pages per month, and the B431, having an OEM-rated print speed of 38 ppm and a duty cycle of 80,000 pages per month.
The Oki models were also released by Toshiba as their own branded versions (i.e. Toshiba e-Studio 382) with the same specifications.
Replacement cartridges are available in yields from 3,000 page low yield to 20,000 page high yield for toner, and a separate drum unit with a 25,000 page yield. All toner cartridges require chips for the printers to function correctly.
